The Community Calendar is used to promote educational, social, cultural, athletic, or recreational events open to the general public and planned by a Central New York-based civic, social, charitable, fraternal or educational organization. We will not publish political or sectarian events. An exception is made for events sponsored by our TV stations or by a non-political advertiser of our stations. Commercial “for-profit” events will be considered on a case by case basis.

Free events and low cost events for non-profit fundraising will be given precedence over higher cost and commercial events. We reserve the right to include or not include a listing.

Community Calendar appears on-air every weekday at noon on Fox 68 – WSYT and at 1PM on My43 - WNYS. We list between three and four events per day.  We also list the events on our websites.

To have your message listed, please complete the form.  All notices must be submitted by at least two weeks in advance of the event date. As of January 31 we no longer accept submissions by fax, email or traditional mail.

You need only submit your event once for both WSYT & WNYS websites.
